Earnings and Income Disclaimer
Scenario3, LLC, the company operating Scenario3agency.com, cannot and does not guarantee your ability to get results or earn money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. We do guarantee your satisfaction with our training, onboarding, and customer service, offering a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all subscription products. All products and services are for educational and informational purposes only. No promises or guarantees of results or future earnings are made. Consult professionals before making business or financial decisions.
Subscriptions and Digital Products
Billing Cycle
The membership fee and other charges incurred with your use of the service will be charged monthly to your Payment Method. For annual subscriptions canceled before the term ends, a refund will be issued for unused months minus any owed charges. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. Payment dates may change based on settlement success or the subscription's starting day.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership anytime, retaining access through the current billing period. No refunds or credits for partial-month membership periods. Excessive returns are not accepted.Refunds for a specific product are limited to one per customer. The set-up fee on monthly subscriptions is non-refundable after 60 days.
Intellectual Property
You agree that Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com, including products, services, graphics, user interface, and content, contains proprietary information owned by Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com and/or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or disable access to its products or content without notice.All copyrights in and to Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com and related software are owned or operated by Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com and/or its licensors.
The use of the software, except as permitted in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com trademarks, logos, and graphics are owned by companies operated by Scenario3, LLC / Scenario3agency.com.
No right or license is granted for the use of these trademarks.
Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any action arising from these terms will be subject to mediation in Louisiana.
